Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, digital wallets, and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and processed in EUR (€). Payment processing time is typically 1-3 business days.

Delivery Area

We only deliver to France (metropolitan France). Orders from outside France cannot be processed at this time. For shipping rates and delivery times, please refer to our Delivery Policy.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method, once the return is validated.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered as follows:

  Covered by Ma-blanchet: returns due to appearance issues, quality defects, odor or color differences, or delivery errors.

  Covered by the customer: returns made without specific reason (no-reason returns).
